"Susannah is in my top 2 or 3 bodyworkers since I discovered structural integration in 2001, and I have seen quite a few for help with undoing damage from a couple of serious incidents during the 1990s. She is curious about her work, easy to talk to and very open to what her client has to say. She also has a rare gift for the work. I can’t speak highly enough about her- if you’re lucky enough to have her around, go see her."

"Susannah is awesome! After a recent ankle injury my older injuries started flaring up. Susannah addressed both & catered our sessions to my needs. I quickly felt noticible improvement. I saw her for 10 consecutive sessions and each of them felt connected & cohesive. She’s great at explaining why she’s doing certain things & how they all affect each other. I felt safe & comfortable & genuinely cared for. Susannah’s approach takes into account the whole body & its alignment, not just the specific area of pain. Highly recommend!"

"Susannah provided me the full 10 sessions of rolfing while she was here in Sequim WA. It had been about 5 years since I'd had this structural integration work done in Atlanta GA during my pilates training. Susannah was able to quickly hone in on my deep internal twist and its manifestation throughout my body. Her work on my feet was particularly valuable and her insights into how and where to work next were spot on. She took time to look at my body first, made notes each time, and clearly had thought about each session prior to my appointment. Several months after my initial 10 sessions I had her do a three session "tune up" which was just as valuable. I recommend Susannah without reservation to anyone interested in whole body health.

What is Structural Integration?
Also referred to as “rolfing,” Structural Integration is a bodywork modality that works with the body’s connective tissue matrix known as fascia.
Over the course of multiple sessions, (usually 10), the practitioner will systematically free up, lengthen, and balance this tissue in the entire body, while helping the client find new patterns of movement and support.
The result is a body in alignment that works efficiently— with greater ability, less pain, and more ease. This is what we call integration.
Benefits from this work are wide ranging and often include:
Improved posture, reduced pain, greater ability and mobility, reduced risk of injury, and a sense of wholeness, lightness and connection with one’s body.
The work can also help with moving through difficult emotions, letting go of trauma held in our bodies, and shedding old patterns as we make room for needed changes in our lives.
